What is a Flex Card?
Flex is a declining balance account that can be used in place of cash at many on-campus location. These locations include all dining locations, the University Bookstore, the Perkins Student Center, the Trabant University Center, campus box offices, the student health center, and Parking Services just to name a few.
Adding Money to the Flex Card
Deposit Cash
- Deposit cash at a Value Transfer Station, located at Perkins Student Center, Trabant University Center, Christiana Commons, and Morris Library. Deposits are available immediately.
Make a Gift
- Give the gift of Flexibility. It's a great way to say congratulations, thank you, or even happy birthday! To find out more, click here.
Transfer Funds
- Transfer funds from any checking account electronically using My Finances which is accessible through Student Financial Services website. Students | Deposit without logging in
Transfer from a Student Account
- Your student can authorize the transfer of a credit balance from their student account. They would need to use the web form available in the UDSIS Student Center ("Transfer from Student Account to UD1 Flex"), or at: www.udel.edu/flextransfer.
Deposit by Check or Cash
- Make a deposit by check or cash at the Student Services Building at Cashiers or in the outside drop slot. You may also mail a payment by sending a check (with this deposit form) made out to "University of Delaware" to Cashiers. The address is:
