Health Insurance for 2021-2022

HEALTH INSURANCE REQUIRED

The University requires health insurance coverage for all full-time undergraduate students, and health insurance charges are billed to the student accounts in the fall/spring semesters.

If your student already has equivalent health insurance coverage, you can waive these charges if you haven’t already done so.  SFS will place an offsetting credit on the student account the Monday following your successful waiver submission.

We have Aetna insurance. We inquired with employer's HR department about moving our freshman to the UD Health plan and were told that since we lived in state, this was not a qualifying life changing event and we could not...see more

My daughter will be at home attending classes online and will not need insurance from you for the first semester. Is there a way to waive the first semester only?

The waiver form continues to give an error message - double checked DOB & Student ID, both correctly entered.

Your Zoom meeting topics are helpful for Monday June 27th but how can you watch the recordings and stay informed as they are scheduled during the business day. I don't readily see any links if you cannot attend live.
