Are you interested in attending Parent and Family Weekend (October 1st-3rd) but concerned about covering expenses associated with visiting campus for the weekend?

Research shows that students who have direct and continuous support from their parents and families are more likely to do well and be successful in their studies and their overall campus experience. To support that mission, a scholarship has been established to support students who have parents and/or families who may need additional support to attend and participate in Parents and Family Weekend (PFW).

Parent and Family Weekend takes place October 1-3, 2021 and registration begins on August 16, 2021. Awardees of this scholarship will receive $100 per family member (not exceeding $500 total) towards PFW event ticket and registration fees and funding to offset the cost of other expenses throughout the weekend (hotels, food, transportation, etc.).

If not selected, there is still an opportunity to receive funds! All applicants will be entered into a raffle for a $500 Barnes and Noble gift card.

Applications for the scholarship are due by Monday, August 9, and all applicants will be contacted about their status by August 13. Click here to apply. Students and family members are encouraged to apply.
