UD Parking Services manages the parking registration and facilities on campus including bicycle facilities and registration. Our complimentary Customer Service Program includes jump starts, unlocking your vehicle, emergency tire inflation and gas assistance. Parking regulations and services can be found on our website. 

Students who wish to park on campus for Fall 2023 must purchase a parking permit.

Steps to purchase a parking permit:

1. Visit the Parking Permits Website
2. After reaching this page click on “Get Permits” under the Permit heading.
3. Click on “Affiliated Login”. Students will need their UDelNetID and password to access our system.
4. Click “Next”.
5. The permit options listed are based on your customer group. (Who you are to UD.) Select a permit option based by selecting the radio button next to your choice.
6. Read the agreement at the bottom of the page. Check the “I agree” box.
7. Add or select vehicles that will be parked on campus. Only one vehicle per permit can be on campus at the same time. Up to five vehicles can be on the permit. Click “Next”
8. Depending on the type of permit selected you may have to confirm the parking location.
9. Follow the on-screen instructions for checking out.
