LEAP (formerly known as QUEST) is an opportunity for first-year University of Delaware students to move in early and jumpstart their transformational journey of friendship, self-discovery and personal leadership development. Participants gain the confidence to support a successful first-year experience. This selective program is open to 75 students who demonstrate an interest in learning about leadership and who show a desire to thrive through engagement in the UD community. Students in LEAP are automatically enrolled in the nationally recognized, award winning Blue Hen Leadership Program.
