It is likely your student is already familiar with our office and the transfer credit process. If not here are a few helpful links that will take them to all the necessary information. Be sure to also encourage them to read through the Transfer Student Only module in their Canvas NSO course.

Students (and Families) can also check the Transfer Credit Matrix to see all the current UD course equivalencies already available. 

For test credit (AP, IB, and CLEP being the most common) information you can follow the link here to see the exams we accept as well as view and download charts that list the UD equivalencies accepted by certain grades and scores. You can also view this Transferring Test Credits Video for the step by step process.

For our students with Military Experience the University of Delaware awards credit for military service aligning with the university's curriculum. Students must submit official documents, either the Joint Services Transcript or Community College of the Air Force transcript, to UD for evaluation.
