Digital Delivery Program Refresher

Reminder - Digital Delivery

As your student places their textbook order, they may see some courses that have an item with “Digital Delivery” in the title under the list of required materials. This means it will be a digital book and/or online homework component that is automatically uploaded to their Canvas or sent to them in a link via their UD email address prior to the start of classes.

Reminders

  • The material is automatically given to your student, so they do not need to order it
  • If you accidentally add a Digital Delivery item to your cart it will be removed during processing
  • The cost of the material is stated in the title of the item and it will be charged to the student’s billing account; a charge that states “UD Bookstore” will appear after course/drop add ends in September
  • ALL students enrolled in courses using Digital Delivery will receive an email from the UD Bookstore containing information about the program; they can respond to that email with questions or concerns
  • Opting out is possible but is not recommended as they will lose all access to the material including any homework components; opting out must be done by the end of course drop/add
  • Some courses have print copies available to purchase in addition to the digital content if desired; please note these are only available to students who stay in the program
