When your student joins the UD community they not only have access to our amazing campus partners like the Center for Counseling and Student Development, Center for Black Culture, and the UD Career Center, but they also have round-the-clock access to our residence hall coordinators (RHCs). Our coordinators are full-time, professional, live-in staff, dedicated to the academic and personal success of your Blue Hen.
Our RHCs have years of education and training; they can help your student navigate conflict, build community with their in-hall peers, and even connect with our partners. In addition, they supervise the teams of resident assistants who daily work with your Blue Hen!
