- New students should be receiving photo upload emails (and reminders) at their UD email address. This email provides instructions for how to upload your photo for your card. Learn more.
- Students living in the Residence Halls will get their ONEcard at move-in.
- Students not living in Residence Halls can schedule an appointment with the ID Card Office to pick-up their card.

The ONEcard is the official University of Delaware student identification card. The ONEcard ID card can be used to access such services and facilities as parking, fitness centers, student activities, student health services, athletic facilities and events, laundry, and dining meals and points. Students may use their ONEcard to check out books at Morris Library, or to make a purchase at the University Bookstore. Cashless spending using your FLEX account on the ONEcard is available at many locations on campus.

Why can’t out of state students be mailed?
We are from NY and my student is living home doing online classes. We have to take a trip to UD to pick up the ID card??? Why are they not being mailed home? I hope I'm misinterpreting this.
Even though our student will be home for fall semester, if we happen to be near campus one day, can we stop in to pick up his card?
